We currently do not offer returns/exchange for change of mind due to hygiene.

All specifications and measurements are stated on each individual product listing page. You can also find more details on Material & Care, Weight & Dimensions in our pages situated at the footer. Please do your due diligence before committing into your purchase.

We understand that as a consumer, you would like to be clear about what you are purchasing. Should there be any queries unanswered on website, we would love to help answer them. Feel free to reach out via any of our social media channels and we will get back as soon as we can.

Damage / Discrepancy

While quality checks are done before sending out your packages, we understand that there are times where damages happen during shipment or delivery. It is best to take a video while opening your package to prevent any discrepancy. We apologise in advance should this happen, and do reach out to us via email at hello@doobluhvuy.com within 7 working days of receiving your package for us to assist you promptly. Only products returned together in it's original packaging will be entertained.

Should there be any case of dishonesty, we will not hesitate to blacklist you. All return packages will be video recorded as we open them.
