Shipping policy

Your orders will be processed within 48hrs.

All orders will undergo quality checks before packing. They will be mailed out within 5 working days (excluding delivery duration). Should there be any delay, you will be informed via email.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days): Flat rate $3.90

Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days): Flat rate of $6.90

 

Local (Singapore) orders above $100 SGD NETT (after any discount code/store credit applied) will enjoy complimentary express shipping. Doobluhvuy will be covering your shipping cost as a big thank you! 

During peak periods or public holidays (eg. Christmas, Lunar New Year etc.), please allow for delays in your parcel delivery.

We will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcel if parcel is acknowledged and/or asking to leave in riser/shoe rack etc. A re-delivery charge of S$4.90 applies on the third attempt onwards.

All local orders will be fulfilled by our shipping partner, Ninja Van, or other shipment methods if necessary.

We currently do not offer same day delivery. If you have any urgent need, please reach out to us directly and we will try to fulfil your order on best effort basis.

 

International Delivery (Malaysia) - Up to 2kg

Delivery from Singapore to Malaysia: $12

All overseas parcel are subjected to custom clearance and we do not have control over custom clearance lead time. Do note that there may be custom / GST/ duties charges for purchase over a certain amount. Please check the information on your custom website to avoid paying extra charges. 

Estimated shipping time is 5 – 30 calendar working days depending on destination country and customs clearance.

International Delivery (Rest of the World)

We currently do not offer international shipping.
