Order Fulfilment & Delivery
Your orders will be processed within 3 working days. For peak periods such as public holidays, storewide sale etc., please allow 7 to 10 working days for orders to be processed. Should there be any further delay, you will be informed via email.
All orders will undergo quality checks before packing.
Local Delivery (Singapore)
Standard Delivery (1-4 Working Days): Subsidised flat rate $2.90
Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days): Flat rate $6.90
Local (Singapore) orders above $90 SGD NETT (after any discount code/store credit applied) will enjoy complimentary express shipping. Doobluhvuy will cover your shipping cost.
During peak periods or public holidays (eg. Christmas, Lunar New Year etc.), please allow for delays in your parcel delivery (estimated up to 7-10 working days).
We will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcel if parcel is acknowledged and/or asking to leave in riser/shoe rack etc. A re-delivery charge of S$4.90 applies on the third attempt onwards.
We currently do not offer same day delivery. If you have any urgent need, please reach out to us directly and we will try to fulfil your order on best effort basis.
Restricted zones
We do not deliver to:
- Jurong Island, Tuas, Sentosa
- Offshore Islands (such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, St.John’s Island and Khusu Island etc)
- MINDEF/SAF (such as Singapore Armed Forces, Republic of Singapore Air Force, Republic of Singapore Navy, Military areas & camps including Central Manpower Base, Defence Technology Tower B, Defence Technology Tower A, all DSO buildings, all DSTA buildings and offices, all FSD buildings and offices and all SID building and offices)
- MHA/SPF/SCDF/Singapore Prisons Buildings (such as SCDF Academy & camps, Woodlands Checkpoint, Tuas Checkpoint, Changi Prisons, Sembawang Prisons and Admiralty West Prisons)
- Ports and Port Supporting Buildings (such as PSA Tanjong Pagar Terminal, PSA Pasir Panjang Terminal, PSA Keppel Terminal, PSA Brani Terminal, and Jurong Port)
- Airports, Air base and its supporting facilities (such as Changi Airport, Seletar Airport, Seletar Aerospace Park, Airline House, ALPS area, SATS buildings and Dnata buildings)
- Facilities of Chemical Plants (such as Esso, Shell, Caltex, SPC), Data Centre, Engine Test Centre (such as SIA Engine Centre, Trend Engine Centre), Power Station and Shipyard natures
International Delivery (Malaysia) - Up to 2kg
Delivery from Singapore to Malaysia: Flat rate $12
Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
Estimated shipping time is 5 – 30 calendar working days depending on destination country and customs clearance. Please only order if you are comfortable with the delivery window.
We do not charge or collect VAT, GST, or import duties at checkout. These may be charged by your country’s customs authorities upon delivery. We also do not have control over custom clearance lead time. Please check the information on your local custom website to avoid paying extra charges.
